Exchange: the customer has the right to request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt. 2. Return: the customer has the right to request a return and contract termination within 7 days from the date of receipt. Second: conditions for exchange and return: - The product must be in its original condition as received, and not previously used. - The product must be wrapped in its original and secure packaging, and the seal must not be broken. - Allura Store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the exchange or return request to ensure its safety. Third: cases where exchange or return is not permitted: Due to the nature of our products related to public health, exchange or return is not allowed in the following cases: 1. Any product (oils, creams, seeds, herbs) whose seal has been opened or used after receipt. 2. If a defect appears in the product due to poor preservation or storage by the customer. 3. Products that have been prepared or packed based on a special request and specifications set by the consumer. Fourth: shipping costs and fees: - If the exchange or return is due to (manufacturing defect, damage, or receipt of the wrong product): Allura Store bears all shipping, return, and delivery costs of the replacement product to the customer. - If the exchange or return is for a personal reason (change of mind): the consumer bears all shipping costs (going and returning) and electronic payment fees, if any. Fifth: refund mechanism: When the return request is accepted, the amount will be refunded to the customer via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7 to 14 working days after the product is received and inspected at our warehouses.
